Sts. Cosmas & Damian - September 26

Brothers Cosmas and Damian lived in Turkey between the 3rd and 4th century. They were both doctors who treated the sick and took no payment in return for their services.  Both brothers died as martyrs during the persecution of Emperor Diocletian.
